On April 28, EPG convened its inaugural Partners Conference in Shanghai — a milestone gathering that brought the company’s full partner ecosystem under one roof for the first time. Executives, supply chain collaborators, financial institutions, and capital partners gathered to exchange ideas and chart a shared course forward.

“Competition has shifted from individual capability to system-level resilience, collaborative efficiency, and long-term endurance.”

Opening the conference, EPG Chairman Wan Renjun reflected on the company’s progress across global operations, manufacturing and delivery, business development, and partner ecosystem building. He credited EPG’s growth to the deep co-development work done with every partner in the room, and underscored that in today’s evolving market, the ability to collaborate at a systemic level — not just execute individual tasks well — is what defines durable competitive advantage.

Leadership perspectives: building for global scale
COO Zhang Chuan followed with a comprehensive overview of EPG’s current business trajectory and future coordination roadmap. Covering R&D and innovation, intelligent manufacturing, global delivery, and resource allocation, his remarks made clear that EPG’s ambition is to be a full-stack, globally coordinated infrastructure solutions provider — and that partner alignment is central to realizing that vision.

Han Fei, Head of EPG’s Supply Chain Center, then detailed the company’s approach to supply chain architecture and partnership optimization. He emphasized quality management, delivery assurance, and coordinated execution as the pillars of any partnership that transcends project-by-project engagement and evolves into a long-term, systemic relationship.

Capital and financial partners weigh in
Representatives from leading financial institutions also took the stage, offering perspectives on industry trends, capital enablement, and long-term investment strategy.
Each representative affirmed EPG’s strategic direction, operational capabilities, and long-term value proposition — laying the groundwork for deeper multi-dimensional collaboration in the months and years ahead.

18 strategic partnerships signed
The centerpiece of the conference was the signing ceremony, in which EPG formalized strategic partnerships with 18 industry leaders spanning energy, power systems, and critical infrastructure:

The signings mark a meaningful step-change in the depth and scope of EPG’s ecosystem, establishing the structural foundation for broader, longer-horizon collaboration across the global supply chain.

Recognizing outstanding partners
EPG honored partners who delivered exceptional performance over the past year across seven award categories:

  • Best Partner
  • Outstanding Partner
  • Strategic Partner
  • High-Growth Partner
  • Materials & Supply Partner
  • High-Potential Logistics Partner
  • Distinguished Service Benchmark

Looking ahead
The conference closed with a Vision Lighting Ceremony, where all attendees joined on stage to collectively illuminate EPG’s collaborative vision — a symbolic and substantive moment that translated the day’s agreements, frameworks, and conversations into a shared commitment to act together.

AI-driven demand for data center and critical infrastructure continues to accelerate globally. Markets increasingly require solutions that combine high efficiency, high reliability, and strong local adaptability. For EPG, this moment represents not just a validation of its current strategy, but an invitation to raise the ceiling — with partners — on what the next era of infrastructure delivery can look like.
